Copal acre negro from Oaxaca region (Bursera moralensis) rarity!

Scientific name: Bursera moralensis (not sure of the species yet)

Common names: Copal negro, Copal acre

Origin: West Mexico

Discovered on my last trip to Mexico – Guatemala (June, July 2022), this rarity was given to me by a dear collaborator of mine in the Oaxaca region.
This resin is not appreciated by the local populations as it is not considered sacred and they do not like the pungent smell it gives off during fumigation, therefore it is not considered.
The harvest is done directly by my collaborator since the area where it grows is close to his home.
Resin perhaps not for everyone, with a pungent, balsamic, slightly spicy aroma.
A real rarity!!
