臺灣翠柏
Guanyuntang wood or also called Taiwan Sandalwood, but be careful! it is a conifer and not a variety of sandalwood.
It is a splendid bright yellow and very velvety powder from a large East Asian Cedar.
Used for centuries to make incense for offerings, for its warm, non-aggressive and rather neutral smell.
Elegant aroma with simple tones, ideal as a base for mixing with various other materials, even pure, it can give pleasant surprises, at the first moment it does not lead the sense of smell to particular attention, but thinned out in the rooms it releases a sweet persistence.
Excellent for meditations or any introspective practice.
